RockPlaza Lofts Redevelopment Project Enters Next Phase

Eight Properties in Newark Downtown District Under Development

Fidelco Realty Group, an owner-developer of residential, commercial and
industrial properties, and Hanini Group, a Newark-based residential
re-developer, are currently in the next phase of their re-development project of
the Newark Downtown District.

The first phase of the project consisted
of renovating the Bowers Building at 191 Market St. in 2011, which now contains
3,500 square feet of retail space along with eight loft-style apartments. As 2012
came to a close, the two developers re-opened The Columbian, located at 224-226
Market St. with Dinosaur Bar-B-Que on the ground floor and 22-loft apartments
above.

Other properties within the RockPlaza Lofts redevelopment project
include 210 Market St. and 212 Market St. Being so close in proximity to the
Prudential Center in Newark, this project is expected to bring in jobs for the
area and generate more interest in the Newark Downtown District.
