The EDA board also approved financial incentives for two projects in Newark and an affordable housing development in Trenton.

MSST Fidelco Properties, a partnership of Marc E. Berson and the Hanini Group, was awarded a $5.6 million Economic Redevelopment and Growth Grant to acquire and renovate six properties along Market Street, a half-block from the Prudential Center, as part of a $34.2 million project that includes retail and office spaces and 72 apartments.
